i think it's just an american thing, really. not to say plastic surgery isn't common elsewhere, it's just really really popular here.

it really is. i mean, i'm ngl, having bigger boobs wouldn't be bad but i'm not keen on srugery, because it'll jst end up looking fake.

exactly. people who think they look better with surgey, sure, to an extent they do, but they also look like barbie. i'm glad you share my sentiments though.

exactly. it's really hard to get something done and have it look natural. it's really hard for celebrities though because people obsess over that, all the side by side pictures and crap. it's not a very popular opinion haha

honestly, i can't even think of one person who has had work done who looks legitimately good. however, i can think of a dozen who look disgusting. point in case, heidi montag.
