played by daisy lowe, SICILY MATILDA MOUNT is twenty-two and a resident of new york city. she's also the mother to a ten month old baby girl, the father being jack rivers. she moved to the city when she was nineteen and is originally from london. she's relatively easygoing with anti-monopolistic sentiments and a tendency to gamble when she's bored. she works as a dj on the weekends and spends her weekdays doing bikram yoga, helping out at animal shelters, and reading trashy novels like confessions of a shopaholic. hip hop and musical festivals are two of her favourite things and she attends coachella yearly. to be completely honest, i haven't figured her out completely so she could do with anything and everything. some friends, people who know her from home, some festival-going companions, etcc.
played by rachel mcadams, RUTHIE ILANA VAN SANT is twenty-three, although fast approaching twenty-four, and is originally from texas. she's a film and stage actress and she's very caught up in all of the glitz and glamour to point where she's practically lost herself to the many characters she's portrayed. she likes to feel included and everything and more often than not, she'll portray herself differently in order to be accepted by others. since she comes from a wealthy family, she's quite spoiled and when she doesn't get what she wants, she can be incredibly snarky. when she's coddled, though, she can be quite sweet, which leads people to believe she's two-faced. she's also got a ridiculous thing for jack voclain and she does pretty much anything to gain his attention. so... she could use a handful of friends, an abundance of enemies or people who think she's a snotty bitch, and maybe some flirts or something.
played by alejandra alonso, PENELOPE CECILE AUSLAND is twenty-one and a scam artist. her father was a con man that remortgaged the family's house and dealt with a lot of offshore dealings and what have you so she grew up believing that was the best way to go about life. she extorts people, steals, and uses get rich quick schemes in order to get money. as of late, she's been using connor desrosiers for his money, although she really does have feelings for him. she's got an addictive personality and although she brushes off any mention of her father's illicit affairs, she's actually rather upset by it all. she can be terribly crass and rude but she's also vivacious and sassy. she's not very fond of kids and she has a tendency to lie through her teeth. she won't have a lot of friends considering she has a habit of stealing from her mates and selling their valuables on ebay but she'll have a lot of enemies, some flings, fwbs, etc.
played by isaac carew, TOMAS JAMES MARTIN is twenty-three and a bit of a mess. i've had him the longest and he's definitely my baby. born in kent, he grew up in a picturesque neighbourhood. however, during his fourth year, he developed a taste for cocaine and oxycontin and that life went down the drain. his then-girlfriend, summer blumenfeld, took their son and left him when he was unable to get properly clean, roughly three years after their son's birth. since then, he's been a bit crazy and a bit lost. his current girlfriend, ivy westerveldt, has been helping him to stay on the straight and narrow though. despite the fact that he's charismatic and rather intelligent when not intoxicated, when he's messed up, he becomes brutally aggressive. he's definitely more of a fighter than a lover and he's got terrible self-control. lately, he's been trying to calm everything down though, more for his son that anything. he could use a few close mates, a bunch of enemies, some flirts, past fwbs. he's relatively all settled though.
played by george craig, SILAS ISAAC WYLIE is twenty and an aspiring musician. he just recently lost his father in an accident on the way to see him at a show which has lead to a deep feeling of guilt. his mother never approved of his musical sensibilities and since his father died, she's made it quite clear that she blames him for his father's death and that he should give up what he's doing. he's very passionate but at the same time, extremely timid now that he's lost his father. he's super respectful and very eloquent and thoughtful. you know the type. he's sometimes quiet to the point of it being offensive and is one of those people that always sees the best in others and can't stand to talk badly about others. he's been terribly upset as of late and he's just distanced himself from most everyone except for his closest friend, lola hurst. so, he could use a collection of friends, though he would have pushed most of them away, and... i really don't know. anything, to be honest.
played by rosie huntington-whiteley, FLORA AMERIE WALCOTT is twenty-two and just recently moved to new york to get away from her overbearing mother. she just recently eloped with andrew walcott after mucking up horribly with denver max. coming from a well-off family, she's more than a little materialistic. although she was no real purpose in life, she does as she wishes, with no real desire to appease anyone around her. she's a bit lost and she's under the belief that she will remain young and privileged her whole life, something which leads her to act rather rashly. she's not particularly respectful, rarely abiding by what is considered proper etiquette, and she feels the need to be overly dramatic about almost everything in her life. that need for theatrics, paired with her jealous, addictive personality, cause her to come off as rather brash and unapologetic, which she is, though not to the extent that most people believe her to be. in short, she's a rather temperamental girl. she could use a lot of enemies, a couple of close friends, some fake friends, and past fwbs or flings or whatever.

erin, this is going to be so incredibly long and i'm sorry for leaving you with such a gift. i hope you read all this rambling..... :D
mini description timeee: lana is twenty one and a native of new york city. her mother is a screen writer and a big time hollywood director, though he manages his time between los angeles & new york city. lana was born into wealth and fame and has been around it most of her life. she's used to get everything she wants, though she doesn't neccesarily ask for everything. lana's the type of girl you'd find in her sweatpants or tshirts on any given day. lana's a dancer, and has been studying/dancing for the last 12 years of her life. she actually dedicated most of her high school career working towards her goal of getting into julliard, and luckily, she succesfully hit that goal. during her freshmen year of college, tragedy struck the family and lana's older brother died in a car wreck. she was stricken with grief. that put her in a super tragic state. and unluckily, one night, because she was so sad and alone, she slept with someone and got pregnant. and she now as a two year old daughter named sophie, who she's kept so quietly away from the rest of the world. except a few people. lana's into art, music, fashion.. etc. she's the black and white movie loving kind of girl. she can be a major bitch to you, and she's judgemental. she can get pretty wild when she wants to be, and she does hookup every now and then. she doesn't take bullshit from anyone and ignores the headlines & drama. but, everything she does is for the best interest in her child. and yeaaaa, that be lana!

[/color] - lana and her would probably get on fairly well. lana's super close friends with jack, and has a daughter of her own. maybe something like good friends here? idk what else we could do with them, to be honest. RUTHIE - first of all, rachel mcadams is quite lovely, and quite beautiful. <3 you for using her. i can see these two being super super close. like almost best friends point. they both grew up in the spotlight and come from wealthy families, so they got that in common. i can see them being the type of serena/blair friends. one minute they're like best friends, but the next they're at each other's throats. they would disagree on everything, and yeaaaa. i can see that happening. PENELOPE - lana and penelope would not get along, one bit. they're both two very different people and come from very very different backgrounds. they're so not alike one another at all. lana comes from a rich family, but has also had to work for everything she's gotten. i can see penelope stealing from lana, and maybe lana gets super upset by it or calls her on it. and yea. i can see them being like rather nasty to one another. since lana's got a tendency to be super snarky and nasty to people who are rude to her or do things immoral, aha. c: TOMAS - issac. issac. issac. that's all i gotta say. <3 except not really. anyways, i love tomas, by the way! FOR PLOTTING - i can see lana taking quite an interest in him. maybe when everything went down with her brother, maybe she turned to tomas to get her hands on things, and maybe they did cocaine together or something. i can also see a past few hook-ups happening here. and now they're perhaps like rather close friends? or something. i can see him being one of the only one's who knows about sophie. SILAS - lana and silas are pretty much the same person, except different genders. dance was her life, and after her brother was killed, she lost all feeling for it and turned it away. she's been in a state of guilt ever since, but won't let it show to others. i can see them being super close friends, like nearing the best friend area. lana would've leaned on him when everything was going on during her pregnancy/the death of her brother. maybe they found a comfort in each other and found an escape or something. i can see him encouraging her to pick up dance again, and that it was a huge part of her life to just let it go now. FLORA- established the hate that they have for one another last night. they're super funnn. <3 them. that's all i need to sayyyyy!!! okay so i'm beyond bored and my chars seriously need plots so i thought i'd just give you something here. oh and totally stole your code for this xD
SICILY - so i could totally see her and norah being good friends. she really loves music so i could see her being one of those festival going companions xD and she adores kids so she'd always like beg her to let her babysit and stuff. as for her and toby i'm not too sure. he has a kid as well and is pretty easygoing. maybe good friends or something? idk
RUTHIE - hm... ruthie might annoy norah. she kind of tries to stay away from the new york city socialites and celebrities because she hates being in the spotlight since she grew up in a really small town in indiana and isn't used to all the buzz in nyc. but i couldn't see them as enemies or anything. whenever she'd piss her off norah would probably just hold in all her anger because she doesn't like fighting with people. so probably just annoyance and some bickering. and i'm not too sure toby would even know her. i mean there is the age gap but he's not too fond of the celebs either.
PENELOPE ohhh god. there's no way in hell she's going to get along with norah. just no way. even though she does hold in most of her emotions, she's not going to let people talk shit or walk all over her so i can deff see these two having it out. however i think toby might actually like her. i think he'd feel bad about that whole thing with her father and he's conned a few people before. they'll probably have they're moments where they annoy eachother but they're still cool. even though she's probably not a good influence on him since he's trying to stop drinking now and stuff.
TOMAS he's cute <3 and i think he and norah are going to get along quite well. i mean they seemed to in their IM right? hell he could even be her best guy friend. but at least good friends. and... toby can be friends or something. they both have kids and toby is trying to get back in his daughter's life right now. and he can come to him with his lady drama and stuff. lol
SILAS i'm in love with him. ngl ! norah kind of has a thing for musicians so i think she might even have a bit of a crush on him. she's a musician as well so they can even have jam sessions and stuff together xD maybe toby is one of those friends that he pushed away? so now it's kind of awkward and silas pisses him off. idk fail here.
FLORA holy shitballs. flora and norah are going to be epic friends. they can even be bffs if your down with it. i mean they're IM was so cute. except now things are going to probably be weird with them since she's cool with lana as well but she wouldn't want to get involved in any of the drama going on. and toby would just want in her pants. lol
why so many chars woman? sheesh. i know this was sucky and a bit short but i trieddd.
