INTERVIEW
"lana had always been such a driven girl, and always quite exceptional when it came to dedication, grades, everything. she was always quite the remarkable child when it came to the arts, and she spent her entire life dedicating herself to ballet, jazz, tap.. any type of dance training she could get. she was always a bit rough around the edges, and after her brother died the year she entered high school, well everything sort of just fell apart from then on. lana had become someone i didn't know, and she blocked off dancing from her life and turned to drugs. but, she got her life together and things turned around for her. and even though she ended up getting pregnant two years ago, emma is the best thing that's ever happened to her. as her father, i can say that i am so proud of the woman she's grown up to be. "
bentley rosen, 53.
"i haven't seen much of lana over the years. but the last time i saw her, she was just a tiny little thing. her parents have sent me pictures, though. growing up, when i was around her, she was quite loud and always actively doing something. i heard she got into julliard, i was so proud of her for that. that was her ultimate goal, after all. but then i heard she got pregnant and had to drop out or something. i don't know, i never keep up with any of the things her mother sends me. "
eleanor rosen, grandmother.
"lana rosen. there are so many things that i could say about her. she's one hell of a girl, that's for sure. i've known her pretty much all my life, and we were always childhood friends. she's got a rough exterior, and she'll come off as a bitch to those she doesn't know. she knows what she wants and she goes for it. we had both been in love for some time, and we dated for a bit, after her brother had died. which i guess was a terrible idea, but it ended up being a good thing for me. she explored her sexual side with me, and i got her into things i probably shouldn't have. i haven't seen her in a while, though, but i hear she has a child. i bet she's an amazing mother."jace mccarthy, 23.
"lana rosen has been my student for quite some time. she was the first student i ever taught to come back to my dance studio and teach students what she learned from me. she is quite remarkable. everytime she messed up, she would get right back up and go again. she never gave hope trying, and she'd spend endless hours and nights here perfecting her routines, or just perfecting certain dance moves. things had always been so easy for her, and the day she got her acceptance letter was the day that all her hard work had finally paid off. i was proud of her, still am."
katherine armstrong, 49.
"lana's got to be one of the strongest people i know. she hides everything, and puts up a front in front of her closest friends, but with me, she's so real. super real, in fact. i've seen her through the good, the bad and the ugly. i was there for her when her brother died, and there the day she got her acceptance letter from julliard. lana can be a bitch, and she does sleep around, but she's a good mother. she's an amazing mother. i envy her, really. she's got everything she needs here. and she doesn't realize how much she has done for everyone."
keira hawthorne, 21.
"i hate this girl. she's a fake, terrible dancer, whore, horrible mother.. need i go on?"
lea collinsworth, 22.
PERSONAL
but really, i am... sensual, nurturing, caring, dedicated, eclectic, imaginative, and myself.
and i live by... "a girl must be two things: classy and beautiful."
