i don't know. she said she didn't want to go to the party, i said we didn't have to, we could do whatever she wanted. she said she was going home for a little bit. i said i'd go with her, she said that i should stay here. then she broke up with me and the worst part was she gave me the whole "it's not you, it's me" speech.

well clearly i don't know her or the relationship very well. but some girls want their own space, and it sounds like she felt like it was a bit invaded.

yea but if she said she didn't want to go to the party, then that she wanted to go home, she clearly wanted to be alone a bit longer. probably, just like how i've been watching mad men the past seventeen hours and i want nothing more than to be betty draper.
