because i looked up the miles from the california coast to the coast of maryland and then used an online calculator to find out how many calories you burn, then i used another calculator to calculate how many calories it takes for me to lose a pound, then did the same for various other weights.
i've been extremely bored, save me from any more useless knowledge?
